4300 miles WOW!! Grants Pass Fabulous 50’s Car Show
here we come! 5 Hot Rods and 5 beautiful
Gals & 5 OTHG drivers head out for 8 days of driving cars meeting
people having fun,
did I say driving 4300 miles round trip. 1st stop Joshua Tree N.P. the desert at its finest and no traffic! Victorville had Molly Browns! Sparks NV. took some of our money, met Dave Bennett there, so now we are 11. Car show in Grants Pass was great, nice swap meet, everyone got at least 1 piece of junk.. I mean treasure! Drove the Redwood highway, spectacular, heading out to Gold Beach to ride Jerry’s jet boat, Greg & Sherry’s recommendation. So much fun. Made a stop at the drive through tree, the cars just fit. Lassen N.P outstanding. Back the same way we came, WHEW, what a trip oh and did I mention all 5 cars got awards, hooray!! Thank Charlie & Danise for the plan!
