After a 2 year Covid pause, the annual \u201cRon & John\u2019s New Year\u2019s Day breakfast cruise\u201d resumed on January 1, 2023.
This year we tried a new venue\u2026Kimmiz\u2019 Bar and Grill in Glendale. The staff went out of their way to make sure the nearly 90 folks in attendance were treated to a tasty and hot buffet breakfast. If anyone left hungry it was their own fault!
Because of the rainy weather there was only one lonely street rod in the parking lot. Most were too smart to drive in the rain. It was a great time to kick off the new year and we hope to use this venue again.
Cohost John Logsten (sp) gathered a bunch of swag and had a goodie bag for every one. Thanks John, very thoughtful.
