Club members have the opportunity to purchase tickets on two items; a quilt and a table runner with hot pads\/trivets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The quilt, measures 73\u201d x 97\u201d, and the table runner measures 15\u201d x 44\u201d (the five hot pads\/trivets each measure 8\u201d square), they were made with the intent in raising funds for charity to benefit Hospice of the Valley Arizona. They provide top end of life care & focus on the whole person. Hospice Of the Valley Is Arizona\u2019s Leading Provider of End-Of-Life Care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The quilt, table runner and hot pads\/trivets were designed and stitched by Teresa Way, using high end materials, and vintage collectable car t-shirts donated by members Larry Besore and Larry Way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tickets for each item are currently available from September 1 through December 1, at each club meeting; and on December 4 at the Holiday Party. Purchase your tickets for chances to win these one-of-a-kind quality items! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Interesting Fact…a quilt<\/em> <\/strong>has three layers, i.e., top, middle, and bottom. Different pieces of fabrics are stitched to give a complex pattern to the top layer of the Quilt.
